Welcome to Aladdin Vape (referred to as “we”, “our”, or “Aladdin Vape”). We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the nature of vaping products (hygiene, safety, and regulatory considerations), our return policy is strictly enforced. 1. Overview
We aim to provide a smooth and transparent post-purchase experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, returns and exchanges are available under the conditions outlined in this Policy. All returns must be pre-approved through our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.
2. Return Window
We offer a 15-day return policy. You have 15 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. If 15 days have passed since your delivery was confirmed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors caused by us.
3. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following criteria:
- Unopened & Unused: The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags, seals, and packaging intact.
- Hygiene Products: E-liquids, coils, disposable vapes, pods, and opened atomizers are exempt from being returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless they are Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) or defective.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid order number or receipt as proof of purchase.
- Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used e-liquid products
- Consumable items (e.g., coils, wicks, pods) once opened or used
- Gift cards and promotional items
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
4. Return Authorization (RMA Required)
All returns must be approved in advance. Unapproved returns sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted and may be discarded.
How to Request a Return:
- Contact our support team at support@aladdinvape.com or via WhatsApp.
- Provide the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return or exchange
- Clear photos or a short video (if the item is damaged or defective)
- If approved, you will receive:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Return instructions and the correct return address (Shenzhen warehouse or EU warehouse, depending on your location)
5. Return Shipping & Costs
- Customer Responsibility: For “change of mind” returns, incorrect orders made by the customer, or any return not due to our error, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
- Our Responsibility: If the return is due to a defective product or if we shipped the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Trackable Shipping: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. We are not responsible for return shipments that are lost in transit.
- Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping fees, expedited shipping upgrades, and any customs duties/taxes paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
6. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse:
- We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item.
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition and compliance with this Policy.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Processing Timeline:
- Inspection: 1–3 business days after receipt
- Refund issuance: within 1–3 business days after approval
- Bank/payment provider processing: may take an additional 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider
7. Refund Fees (IMPORTANT)
- If the refund is requested due to customer reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong item selected, order cancellation after shipment):
- Any payment processing fees, transaction fees, or currency conversion fees charged by payment providers may be deducted from the refund amount.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If the refund is due to our responsibility (e.g., defective product, wrong item shipped, DOA):
- 100% of the order amount will be refunded.
- All fees will be covered by Aladdin Vape.
8. Partial Refunds
We reserve the right to issue partial refunds in the following situations:
- The returned item is not in its original condition or shows signs of use
- Parts are missing from the original package
- The item is returned after the 15-day window
9. Defective or Damaged Items (DOA)
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival (Dead-on-Arrival):
- Contact us immediately at support@aladdinvape.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video demonstrating the defect.
- If the claim is validated, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
10. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Replacement items will be shipped after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved at our warehouse.
- If the desired replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.
11. Customs Seizures and Delivery Issues
- Customs Seizures: Aladdin Vape is not responsible for items seized by your local customs due to regional vaping laws or import restrictions. No refunds will be issued for seized packages.
- Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer must pay for re-shipping, or receive a refund minus the original shipping fee and any return handling fees.
- Refused Delivery / Unclaimed Packages: If a package is refused by the customer, returned due to an incorrect address, or left unclaimed, we reserve the right to deduct shipping costs, return fees, and handling fees from the refund amount.
12. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped.
- Since we aim for fast dispatch from our Shenzhen and European hubs, please contact us at support@aladdinvape.com or via WhatsApp within 2 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel.
- If canceled successfully before shipment, a full refund will be issued (minus any payment processing fees, if applicable).
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
13. Late Returns
Return requests made after the 15-day window will not be accepted, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors caused by us.

This Policy applies to orders shipped to the following countries and regions:
Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, and other EU member states.
