1. Shipping Overview
At Aladdin Vape, we offer global shipping to ensure vapers worldwide can access premium vaping products. We ship from our primary fulfillment centers located in Germany (EU warehouse) and Shenzhen, China (partner warehouse).
We select the optimal shipping origin based on product availability and your delivery address to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
2. Shipping Origins
Our primary fulfillment center is located in Germany, where most products are stocked and shipped within Europe.
However, in certain cases – such as limited stock availability, specific models, or particular flavors – items may be shipped directly from our partner warehouse in China to ensure uninterrupted supply.
- In-stock items (EU warehouse): Dispatched from Germany
- Out-of-stock items or special variants: Dispatched from China
3. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Weekend Policy: Our logistics team operates on weekdays only. We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays. Any orders placed on Friday after 2:00 PM, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed and dispatched the following Monday.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the shipping origin and destination country. Please refer to the table below:

5. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order details.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders of €50 or more (or equivalent in your local currency)
- Orders below this threshold will incur a shipping fee displayed at checkout
- The final shipping cost shown at checkout is accurate and binding
6. Order Tracking
As soon as your package is on its way, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Tracking Activity: It may take 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status after dispatch

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders shipped from our EU warehouse (Germany), no customs duties or import taxes apply for deliveries within the European Union.
For orders shipped from our partner warehouse in China, customs clearance may be required depending on local regulations.
Important: All applicable import duties, taxes, and customs-related fees will be fully covered by Aladdin Vape. Customers will not be required to pay any additional charges upon delivery.
Please note: If your local customs authorities impose additional fees or seize the package due to regional vaping laws, Aladdin Vape is not responsible for such incidents. It is your responsibility to ensure that our products are legal to import into your country.
8. Delivery Issues
- Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Please double-check your details before confirming your order.
- Delayed Packages: If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team. We will assist you in tracking your shipment.
- Lost Packages: If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
9. Split Shipments
Orders containing items from different warehouses may be shipped separately to ensure the fastest delivery. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
